I'd stick with your current construction. It is only a 5-5.5Bbl net system.
Grundy's are obsolete & parts are getting real hard to find. I have Grundy conditioning tanks & serving tanks.
The mash tun and kettle look to be the only equipment originally made for brewing. The rest of the equipment has been modified for brewing use. Most of it is only worth its scrap value.
