Oxygen Regulators and bottles
I may have a reasonable bit of access to some small O2 bottles - medical type [look around 3 lb?] some are partially filled.
Also, may have access to medical regulators 0.5 LPM onward.

Re: Oxygen Regulators and bottles
Perhaps two additional bits of very good news.
1] I believe that I can get a number of bottles - a local friend has a bunch!
2] I also believe that I can get them filled/refilled for virtually nothing from a welding company who has bulk oxygen.
I will need to make a refill jig with a high-pressure line but no biggie!
Another comment is that I picked up a bunch of regulators for medical type three prong bottles [the ones my friend has a bunch of]. They all have flow settings from 0.5 lpm - 7 lpm?
I'll bring one to BIG BREW!!
May need some special washers but again - no biggie.

Re: Oxygen Regulators and bottles
Progress to report
I now have a bunch of regulators - they need to be checked out but I have a bunch.
I also now have a refil rig which I will test hopefully next week
I have three bottles [at least partialy filled]
I have the necessary "crush" washers from Freedom Medical
I have tubing and outlet fittings
The first three posts [after Don] will get reduced price bottles - not sure what yet but in the range of $5
Regulators with tubing and fittings $20
I have also gotten 8 more bottles [which will be filled] - these will be $20 each
