With my move coming up in a few weeks, I won't be brewing for a while. I have two fresh packets of Wyeast Bavarian Lager yeast if you need them. I'll give you the OVHA members discounted price of $5 per packet.

It really is an awesome yeast. I used two packets without a starter (I know I underpitched) and it was going strong the next morning at 54 degrees. I shold be home pretty much all weekend. I'm not sure what time I'm getting home this evening, but I should be home no latter than 7:00pm. Otherwise, I can bring to work on Monday. I live on the far west side (actually just in Posey County) off of the Lloyd, about .7 miles west of Posey County Line Road. The address is 11126 Reynard Drive. My cell phone is 449-4535.

I went by Weber Friday and was talking with Patrick there. He's hooked up with Wyeast, but they won't continue to carry him unless he can turn 30 packs per month. Doesn't matter which strain. So, he was asking me what I would purchase. If you get a chance, stop by and see him and tell him about how you use yeast and how you buy it. They're having an open house on Saturday, the 17th, 10am-2pm, which would be a good time to stop in.
