Robert Edge posted on the Facebook group a while back that he had some for sale. Better to buy them sooner than later, they continue to go up in price. Also, Jeff Smith and Jason Stoermer had a place they ordered from.

Robert Edge has about 20 setting around his place. $40 for one or $35 each for 2 or more.
