Apprentice / Assistant brewer wanted

After cleaning, scrubbing, rinsing, and scrapping off labels from 16 cases of 12 oz bottles this weekend, I've determined it would be nice to have an assistant brewer.

Pay: learn to brew :beer6
Hours: flexible :beer1

When I first posted the ad I had hopes of hiring someone like the 6'5" lady on the left:

But Don and one other guy applied. I went with the other guy...sorry Don, I've seen you drink. Besides this guy said he was "not long in this country" and needed a place to stay, so I gave him the chance. He was working quite well, and long into the night, so I went to bed. I awoke to find this:
