Apprentice / Assistant brewer wanted

Post by john mills » Mon Dec 20, 2010 8:50 am

After cleaning, scrubbing, rinsing, and scrapping off labels from 16 cases of 12 oz bottles this weekend, I've determined it would be nice to have an assistant brewer.

Pay: learn to brew :beer6
Hours: flexible :beer1
You gonna buy one, or be one?
.....I'm gonna be one!

John, do I have to dress like that when I work for you?
I may take back my offer.

When I first posted the ad I had hopes of hiring someone like the 6'5" lady on the left:

But Don and one other guy applied. I went with the other guy...sorry Don, I've seen you drink. Besides this guy said he was "not long in this country" and needed a place to stay, so I gave him the chance. He was working quite well, and long into the night, so I went to bed. I awoke to find this:

Don, If you're still interested, there is even a bigger mess to clean up now.
