I bought a cheap (Walmart) foodsaver vacuum sealer. Seperate them to @2 oz. packs and store them in my chest freezer. I try to use them in a year but have used them 2 or more years later and they are still good. It's my understanding that they do lose a little of their AA values after a while, so I will increase the amount a little the older they get.
I would not store them in a self defrosting freezer.

Hops Direct closes on the 23rd until Jan 2, so Im going to place the order this Sunday PM, if anyone else wants to get in. Please go to their site and make sure they have the variety and type you need first.
