Free yeast

Post by Don » Sun Nov 14, 2010 2:12 pm

I'm racking over today, I have a real healthy batch of Bells Two Hearted Ale yeast.
This was grown from the yeast of @ 1 cup of their beer.

This had an Apparent Attenuation of 85%, Real Attenuation of 70%
Ended with an IPA with 6.5% ABV

Let me know and I can bring it to the meeting on Wednesday.

Thanks.

Used the yeast in a two-hearted style(not an exact clone) beer today. Thanks again Don.

More FREE yeast..
In the back of my yeast refrigerator there is this jar of WLP002 and it looks ripe if your planning a real sour beer.
It's already has the fuzz on top of it.
First come gets it..

And by the way Have a Merry Christmas
