Need CO2 Bottle

Post by Dutch » Mon Aug 23, 2010 10:55 am

I am in need of a CO2 bottle. Have regulator. Not too picky about size but probably should be 5# or over.

My friend this is your lucky day.
I was just given a 20# steel tank, it is outdated and will need to be retested before filling.
The last time I had an outdated tank I took it to Airgas and just exchanged it no questions asked.
PM me I'll name you a gooood deal.

They must've sold it to me. I was a newbie, bought a tank from them, and found out (two years later) that when they sold it to me, it was two years out of date!

The place right beside Airgas off St Joe does testing for $15, if you wanna go that route.

I am also in need of a 5 pound tank as well.
A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.

I just swap mine out at AirGas here in Madisonville. A #5 tank runs me $10.60 with exchange. I think they are like $35 without

I'm speechless. AirGas in Evansville is way above that.
