To make my Irish Red Ale I need:
9lb Domestic 2 row
12oz Carmel 40
4oz Special B
4oz Roasted Barley
1oz Cascade Hops
1oz Fuggle Hops.
Anyone have these or should I just order a bag of each and how many Lbs. in a bag?

The Domestic 2 row (Special Pale Malt 2 Row) Jack gets in 50# bags.ArtCox wrote:To make my Irish Red Ale I need:

All the others can be picked up in 1# bags at places like CO-OP or other online suppliers.
I checked my inventory and I have all the above if you need.
Let me know I can get it together and grind it if you want.

Don,
Yes please, I can get this as a All Grain kit from MidWest for about $25.00 w/ White Labs WL001 Califorina Ale yeast. shipping is a killer at $11 so if I can get it cheaper that would be great.
Just let me know how much you want for the Grains.
Thanks,

Do you need the hops?
And do you have the yeast?

I will need hops and maybe yeast. I have 3 packs of Muton's Dry Yeast 6gm each that I can make a starter out of.Don wrote:Do you need the hops?

Re: Early notice - 2nd grain order of 2011
Anyway I can still sneak in for a bag of Maris Otter, Jack?
For everyone I haven't met, I used to live in Evansville and was a member of OVHA. After moving home to Jasper, and missing having good friends to brew with, I decided to try to start my own club. I am happy to say that I have been the president of the Dubois County Suds Club since 2006 (although I still miss my OVHA buddies)!

We splitt'n a bag of Pilsner? This was my assumption, albeit not a clear one.If so,tell me if you need dough before next meeting;or if I should do the pick up.Either way OK.If not...no biggie.Brain farts are cheap. And abundant.OK then,
1 bag Marris Otter
1 bag Pilsner

The domestic grain, Gargill's Pale, Pilsner & Munich is $33.00 a bag. Imports, Maris Otter & Dingemann's 40L are $46.00. As I remember, domestic is up a dollar, but imports are the same.
I talked to the trucking company today & it should be here tomorrow at 2:00pm.
