eBay Refractometer

After borrowing Don H's refractometer to brew the other day I decided that I had to have one. Looking around I found a company selling several different styles on eBay. They had an economy 0-32% ATC unit for $30.00 shipped with a 3 year warranty so I took the plunge. I got the unit in just in time to take it over to John's for the Big Brew Day and try it out on several different beer styles and colors. It seemed to work very nicely except for the blue color was a little light and a little hard to make out but readable. I was little disappointed but I figured for $30 you get what you pay for. After some thought, I gave the company a call just to see if this was normal. The rep said "absolutely not" and in an instant he told me that he would ship a new one out today n/c (and upgrade to the HD unit) and send a call tag to pick up the other unit. I was floored at the customer service.
So now to the reason for this long drawn out story...His only condition was that had to tell everyone that I knew that might be in the market for a refractometer this little story in hopes that it might influence someone to buy from his company.
His eBay store link is

So I have held up to my end of the bargain...seriously though if you are in the market for a refactometer give his store a visit and see what you think.
Thanks for reading..
