Saison. Used a new yeast for me, Wyeast 3724. This is my first brew since I retired. :beer4

Fall Soured Raspberry Saison
Og 1.060
Fg 1.009
Abv 6.1
Srm 12.69
5 lbs Dark floor malted pilsner malt
3 lbs Wheat malt
8 oz Flaked Oats
6 oz Special B malt
2 oz Carafa 1 malt
1.5 lbs Cane sugar flame out addition
1.5 oz Kazbek hops 60 minutes
1oz Kazbek hops 5 minutes
4 lbs Raspberries Secondary addition
Wyeast 3711
Mashed 149 for 90 minutes
Collected 7 gallons and boiled for 5 minutes then cooled to 104 degrees kettle soured with Wild brew sour pitch 12 hours and droped ph down to 3.7 Then back to nice rolling boil. 70 minute boil with the hop times above and Sugar addition at flame out.

A Jarrylo Saison cold crashing now and will be kegged in the morning. A light ale finishing today and will start cold crashing in the morning. Also have a coconut porter that I brewed up two days ago.
