Dunkelweizen baby!!! I'm super excited about this one. It's her maiden voyage. 14lbs white wheat, 6lbs pilsner, .5lbs chocolate, .5lbs crystal 40, .5lbs crystal 120, 1lbs caramels, couple handfuls of rice hulls, 2oz hallertau hops, safAle WB-06 yeast. Wow!!! My mouth is watering!!! Everyone have a great OVHA day!!!

Made mead today. Low gravity, 6 lb in 5 gallon batch with blackberries, and coffee. Backsweetened with honey. Then carbonated. This will be similar to Breakfast Magpie from New Day Meadery in Indy. 🍷

I currently have a Belgian Wit (Eva Marie) in my fermenter. I brewed with my big kettle for the first time and I couldn't think of a better beer to take her on her maiden voyage with than my Belgian Wit. It has just the right amount of coriander, chamomile, and orange peel to help bring in that Spring time weather. I will be donating some to our clubs upcoming event zoobrew. Everyone have a wonderful OVHA day!!!
