A classic 'clean out the ol' grain stash' Saison. Base grain made up of Weyerman Pils, Chateau Pils, and a couple of lbs of 2-row. Noble hops. Pitched a pack of Belle Saison.

Fermentation has started at 71, and thinking about letting it rise up to the mid 80s. It'll be ready for Zoo Brew!

Beet Gruit currently doing nuts at room temp. Pilsner and white wheat malt. Rosemary and spruce tips along with 4 lemons and 4 washed and peeled red beets. I used Saf Brew T-59 Belgian special yeast and I didnt know how viable it would be but clearly it was.

Pineapple Chipotle Wit! 46 oz pineapple juice at end of boil, and another 46 oz near end of fermentation. Going to smoke fresh jalepenos to add post-fermentation!

Tripel: Destined for Wandering Owl.

Instead of Candi Syrup/Sugar, I used some of the honey that was donated to OVHA.

Next up is some mead!
