Welcome to the Lonely Pelican Neighborhood Brewey in North Port, Florida! This was my first homebrew session in at least 7 years. Also my first attempt at BIAB. Brew day complete and in the pool by 3:00pm...I now understand the BIAB appeal! BTW, an easy Citra Pale Ale is resting in the fermenter.
