The Brew-Ha-Ha is this Saturday!
Please post what beer you are bringing and if it is keg or bottle.
I will post the setup time as soon as I find out. I'm guessing around 4 p.m.
Don't forget, the event has moved to the Aztar Events Plaza, hours are extended to MIDNIGHT, and we can not personally serve our beer.
If you know of someone that would like to order tickets, you can do it online:
http://www.emuseum.org/members_orgs.html
The Evansville Museum Contemporaries will be hosting the 2009 Brew Ha Ha on Saturday, September 26, 2009 between 6:00 and 12:00 a.m. Tickets are $25.00 per person in advance and $30.00 the day of the event. Please be sure to make your reservations early as this is one of the Contemporaries most popular events. Attendance will be limited and is expected to sell out quickly!
Come and enjoy:
* A large variety of micro, specialty, homemade, and imported beers.
* Delicious FREE FOOD and SNACKS.
* Excellent live music by THE PITS.
Admission is limited to those at least 21 years of age and a valid ID is required. Museum and Contemporaries membership is not required for entry.
Everyone is welcome!

We can set up anytime, so if 4ish is ok with everyone, that's what I'll tell them.

I'll donate a keg of Seven Day Blonde and a keg of Partigyle Bitter. I could find a couple more if we don't have enough kegs to fill the jockey box.

Last call. I'll be submitting the beer list this afternoon for inclusion in the menu.
I have the jockey box and co2 but we're missing one of the co2 distributors. Did anyone end up with a squid like object after SWIRCA? We have the connector hose but the round distributor with the tentacles is missing.

That was the part that was connected to my tank at SWIRCA. I gave it back to Jack at the last meeting. It might still be in his truck.

Hey Chris,
I will be there and hopefully the rain will not. Looking forward to a night of good beer and good fun.
Luckily, this event is close enough to my house I can walk to it in 10-15 min.
Hope to put some faces to names. See you at the bratwurst counter!
And thanks for your help today.

Chris.
I have a corny at Turoni"s that SHOULD NOT GO to the Brew Ha Ha. It is my Hard CIder that is there for carbonation. Not sure if things might get confused [Jack in Colorado?]
Thanks - see you there.

The sun is out right now and looking good.
On the co2 thingie, Jack must have had too much beer that day when I picked up the stuff. He just realized it was missing when we were loading up and didn't remember you giving it back to him. You are correct, it is probably still in his truck but he's in Denver now... We may need a few more co2 hookups if anyone has any to spare.

I will bring my 4 port manifold. I might be able to add another connection with a T to make it 5 ports.

Looks like the co2 is covered. I have a couple of plastic tubs and some cobra taps. John is dropping the white board off in the morning so we'll have that too.
See everyone at 4 at the riverfront! Weather is looking much better!
