Need a Corny

Post by Dutch » Mon Aug 10, 2009 11:36 am

Can someone help me with a 5 gal Corny to see if I can force carbonate my cider. I will be adding Pot Sorbate to kill any remaining yeast and then sweetening with frozen apple juice [a test] If metallic taste has been avoided, I will then try to force-carbonate and eventually bottle [if everything miraculously goes right].

All of my Cornys are full right now. I might have an empty after SWIRCA.
