Hey,
Just got back from a trip into the cherry country of Wisconsin. I bought a quart of fresh Cherry SUPER CONCENTRATE 8:1. It is Door County Tart Montmorency. I am keeping it in the freezer [per the orchards directions] and it has the consistancy of honey. I am gettting ready to do a batch of simple Heff [and eventually flavor it at bottling].
If anyone is interested I will share the bottle. It was $20 for 32 oz. I'm not sure what I will need but probably not more than 4-6 oz/ 5 gal.

Count me in Dutch.
A Black Forest Stout sounds delicious, or a chocolate covered cherry porter!

You gonna buy one, or be one?
