Watch those hops !

I was looking at the American Society of Brewing Chemists website ... pretty good stuff in there if you search around enough. Found a somewhat odd article on spontaneous combustion of hops

This obviously has nothing to do with the quantities of hops we are using, I just found it kinda funny/wierd.
