i do not have one for sale. However I would recommend the restaurant supply store downtown if you want to pick one up locaally. Even better, check on Amazon for a pot of at least 32 quarts (8 g)

Well...I went to a supply store and and they only have aluminum ones for way too much money(I didn't try the other store). So,I just went to menards and bought one for $29.95 = tax.I think it will do just fine.

Well,I went junkin' and found a large fryin' pot that someone tossed out.It had a charred appearance like maybe a grease boilover
.I don't see anything wrong with cleaning it up and using it for a HLT.I'm working in a brew sculpture.I got some steel rails from an old shelf rack(also discarded)
.Now all I need is a roll of duck tape and some rusty wire and I'm in business
.Well...I might need an extra burner.
It's gonna be worthy of praise when it's done, just kiddn' about the duck tape
.

Don't kid about the duct tape
Duct tape is like the Force.
It has a Light Side and
a Dark Side and
It holds the Universe together!

Hay,I'm movin' up again.I got a 9 cubic foot freezer today to use for a fermenting cabinet.I don't have a Tstat for it yet but should have one as soon as I can wheedle it outa my boss at wholesale cost.A good tstat would cost over a hundred retail but I'm thinkin' I can get it for about 50-60 $.So,then,I can brew all summer long and make some da#& good beer.

Below are links to some thermowells that will allow you to more accurately control the temperature of the fermenting wort by monitoring the actual temp of the wort instead of the air inside of your fermentation chamber. Be careful though, they will not fit the common Johnson analog controller sensor. For the Johnson analog controller, you can just use a cheap digital thermometer with a small remote sensor inside the thermowell and adjust the analog controller to the digital thermometer's readings.
