I have an Old English/Strong Ale in the fermenter since yesterday afternoon using Danstar Windsor, pitched @ 64.5*f.Good activity,in just hours, foam began to form.Had a good head this morning and really rocking this afternoon.Except that it has gone from 67*f(morning)to 75*f(late afternoon).Room temp.is 68*f.Danstar Windsor Dry Ale Yeast optimum range is 64*f-70*f.Should I be worried?
