I listened to that one. Very technical, very interesting.

I guess my take on the whole discussion was that there are plenty of ways you can cause oxygen to get into your wort before bottling (many unavoidable, such as boiling) and that this aeration, while not particular good, isn't particularly terrible either if you have a good, healthy pitch of yeast to do some clean up for you on the back end. Also, he stressed that it's important to be careful during bottling, and bottle/keg cold if possible.

Definitely worth a listen.
