How To: Build a homemade cheese and cider press

Interesting build. After taking part in the 1st OVHA cider pressing event, a huge problem I see with these plans is the bicycle powered rollers. An electric motor is the way to go. I also think he'll have issues with the galvanized steel corners making up his pressing bucket.
