At our table we will need someone(s) to man the demo table and answer beginning homebrewing questions.
Do we have a schedule for our table? If not, Two on the Ovhapositor, one or two on the Jocky Box, and three to four on bottles? In two shifts.

I didn't sign up on the list at the last meeting, but I plan to help out by showing up at noon at the least. I'm also planning on assisting during the event. So if there is any placement needed for my limited services, just direct me to the spot.

I am scheduled to work that day. I should be able to be there around 5, actually it could be anywhere between 4 and 6. I do not have a serving permit, but I will be glad to help however you guys want. Please just point me in the proper direction.

We should be able to do a "tag team" with the first session(5:30- 8 ) club servers swapping places with the first session commercial servers for the second session(8- 10). It is a shame that there are not enough servers to allow us to serve our beers all night, but we are here to assist SWIRCA any way we can, and they are hurting for servers. I'm just worried that those without server's license will be stuck with the "dirty" jobs all night without a break.

Dwayne. I will not mind the dirty job. I would rather help with a dirty job than not help.

I hope there isn't a 'break' working the back with all those bottles. I might not be able to tell the difference between chambourcin and blood

A few bottles might magically evaporate

but just like migrant workers, there are some benefits that come with the trade
