Looks like AB will be bought by InBev for $70.00 per share. The purchase makes InBev the world's biggest brewing company.

Just remember, bigger is not always better, that is unless the Belgian influence will bring good beer to AB.

InBev is headquartered in Belgium but actually run by Brazilians.

Inbev is the result of a merger in 2004 of a Belgian company, InterBrew and a South American company, AmBev. InterBrew was the third largest & AmBev was the fifth largest brewing corporations. The merger made InBev the largest. At some point SABMiller took over as the largest until this AB/InBev merger.
