Go to NorthernBrewer.com, then go to their Cream Ale-All Grain kit.
I have brewed their Cream Ale several times and it really is good. Busch-Light drinking friends like it alot. Copy it, and you could have yourself a winner.

1 lbs Rice, Flaked (1.0 SRM)
1.00 oz Liberty [4.30 %] (60 min)
1.00 oz Liberty [4.30 %] (1 min)
4.0 oz Cane (Beet) Sugar (0.0 SRM)

10 min__Mash Out__Add 8.00 qt of water at 205.8 F__168.0 F__ Mash out Temp

Notes:
------

I did a 90 minute mash, because of the low mash temperature.
I use 1 pack of Wyeast in a 1 qt. yeast starter
If you want higher alcohol you can go up to 1# of sugar, this one brewed up to 5.4% ABV
You can replace flaked corn in place of the rice (I've not done that yet but will on my next batch to see the difference)
Don't get much simpler!
