Progress Report #1
Picked up BEAST with Jack
Cut off and re-holed the two 3-TAP panels
Plugged original beer fitttings in cooler section
Cut out overhang and lower panels for 3-TAP panels
Cut out two rear windows [and protected edges] for upfeed of six beer lines each.
Modified dual gas regulator for two manifold feeds.
Drilled main cooler for four asdditional taps.
Reversed fittings on one and installed both 6-tap gas manifolds
Plans:
Will cut out two sqares [one on each side of cooler box] to provide for 9 beer lines each side. Neighbor will make four gland plates for inside and outside of cooler box to protect beer lines. He will also get a piece of aluminum plate on which to mount regulator. He will also attempt to fix cooler lid latch [did find new one 26$] - we'll see!

Thanks all. My neighbor [who just happens to work in a machine and fabrication shop] has offered to make us some custom parts and has already delivered the regualtor support fabrication. He will also make a series of four gland plates which will allow the 18 cold box penetrations for beer tubing - this is great! I will cut two squares from the upper sides under the counter top through the inner and outer wall of the insulated box. The gland plates will mount on both inside and outside and have 9 holes in each for the beer tubing. These chamfered holes will protect the tubing from sharp edges, keep tubing segregated and maintain the integrity of the cooler box itself.
He may even be able to make the lamicoid labels needed to mark the gas manifolds and individual beer and gas tubes. It looks real good at this point. More PIX to follow!

I'm not sure what 1/2 those things are, but it sure as hell sounds very very impressive. Great work!

Progress Continues
Got the regualtor mounting bracket and the four gland plates from my neighbor - he did a great job on them!
The dual regulator piping is reworked to allow the gas feeds to each manifold to exit to the rear [instead of downward] and stay out of the way of the slop. The modified regulator is mounted and installed. All of the internal gas piping is now complete. The cooler box openings on the sides are now complete and the gland plates are sealed and installed. I added nylon insert nuts on most hardware to keep anything from coming loose.
My neighbor even fixed the lid latch by dissassembling, welding and reassembling the miniture catch which was worn!
All of the major assembly is now complete and liquid tubing cut with the first six liquid paths complete without issue. PIX to follow!

Looking GREAT

Very,very nice. It looks like it's being built by NASA engineers and craftsmen. Maybe we should call it the Beer Shuttle.

Well, just about there!
All gas lines now done, all liquid lines in place, cooler is checked and leak-free, all 12 taps are in place, tank drain and three tray drains lines are finished. Even got the cooler lid restraint fixed. I just need to add fittings to cold plates and liquid lines as well as to add the second cold plate. I will flush out all lines with clean water and we should be ready for final test during weekend of 7/19. Could use some assistance with that. Will need a corny + some sanitizer and CO2 bottle as well. I'm pretty sure that Jack has all remaining materials under control.
