Also, for you sour beer fans, the Roselaire Blend is available now from Wyeast. This is apparently the bugs of choice for a Flanders Red style sour beer. I ordered a pack from Northern Brewer. I thought I had read this strain was only available through June so, if you're going to give a Flanders a go, you might want to get a packet of this soon.
