Fermentis Dry Wheat Yeast - Two Thumbs Up!

Tried the Hefeweizen brewed with the Fermentis WB06 Wheat yeast yesterday and was very, very pleased with the results. Very balanced character with some definite banana, clove phenols present.
I took Jami Zainasheff's advice and fermented it low (like 63'ish) and, of course, he was again correct.
Simplest recipe ever:
6# American 2 Row (pilsner might be in order next batch)
6# Wheat
1oz Liberty - 60 min
Mash 153, pulse sparge (I'm liking this method).
Ferment 63
O/G: 1.050 F/G: 1.010
