It is called "The Liquor Store". It is on south Fredrica st just south of the bypass on the east side of the street.

From what I read, it's an anniversary release at 29% and suggested list at 190.

Zombie Dust at Wine Tree they got 2 cases and are selling it by the 6
Gumball Head at liquor locker most of the stores got about a case each
