2007 Hop buying leads

Post by john mills » Tue Jan 08, 2008 10:41 am

I posted this in the buy/sell/trade forum also. I found hops by the pound for $21-30/pound. http://www.hopsdirect.com I'd be interested in splitting an order if we can get one together. They have 2 lb max orders on some varieties, but seems a great deal compared to limits other suppliers are making.
You gonna buy one, or be one?
.....I'm gonna be one!

I know someone who grows hops, I don't know of quality or variety.. But i remember as a kid seeing hops growing at the Farmers Museum in Coopers Town, NY just down from the Baseball Hall of Fame. Might be worth a shot to call and ask.. I havent been there since i was 6 or 7....
Handle stress like a dog. If you can't hump it or eat it, just pee on it and walk away.
