I hope everybody is making some good stuff for the meeting in March.
I am fermenting a very good Scottish Ale at present and if it holds up , it will be a state contender. Speaking of that, we all should be at least looking into our best hopes of taking a ribbon at the state fair. Only a few months until then.

I'm making some good stuff, unfortunately it's not a scottish ale. Got a good northern brown ale that just got bottled on Thursday, and a super hopped IPA (hope the hops hold). that I plan to enter. Hope to have at least two or three more entries before then.

I just got mine brewed last night ... my first all grain (as I mentioned in another thread). It did not go too bady at all. I am going to put my results and detailed process on a website tonight and I will post a link here.

Had bubbles in the Scottish Ale this morning but it did get a little warm in the garage today. It was 64 when I got home so I opened the door and cooled it back down to 56 real quick! Since my efficency was up so much, this will be a 80/-. It was planned for a 70/- :beer9
