Wandering Owl Twilight Tasting: 2019 Signup

Post by wuertzBräu » Wed Sep 04, 2019 1:41 pm

Spend a beautiful fall evening at Wesselman Woods tasting beer, wine and food from area breweries, wineries, distributors' and restaurants. Live entertainment throughout the event. Guests must be 21 and present ID at the gate. This year the event will be inside the Nature Playscape, on Saturday, October 19th, from 4 – 8 pm. Who doesn't like drinking in the woods?

Only OVHA members who donate beer AND either setup/tear down OR serve a 1 hour shift will get in for free. As this event is quite small, our booth is limited to 10 total people, so sign up today! Load up will be at 2:00 pm at Turonis on Main St. for Jockey Boxes and other equipment.

Volunteer Here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... p=drivesdk

Or please reply with the beer you can donate (specify keg/bottle) and which shift you want to serve, and if you can setup/teardown.

You will be free to wander for the remaining hours of the event. Cheers!

When I copied the sheet over, to fix the other issue, it didn't keep the ' anyone with the link can edit ' setting.

I have this fixed so let me know if anyone has issues signing up. Thanks Dwayne for the heads up.

I will bring root beer, star san and water. I'm figuring that we can bring the 3 tap N/A equipment.

Let's meet at Turonis around 1:45pm. Setup begins at 2pm and we'll need to be ready to go by 4pm.

When we get to Wesselmans, we will park in the same place as last year, near the soccer complex.
Turn off of Boeke at E Franklin St (between Swonder & the softball fields and head straight back to the parking lot for the soccer complex.

They will have ATVs to help load our equipment back to our spot.

If you can't make it for setup, come in through the main entrance at the park, and they'll have your name. I'll verify that everyone has their serving license on them. No license, no serving!

Thank you everyone for your time and donations!
