Important Update!!!


Excise is requiring us to obtain and have on file the day of the event a copy of everyone’s pouring licenses and ID’s. Please send Kim Morehead (kmorehead@swirca.org), at least one week prior to the event, a copy of your representatives pourer’s licenses and ID’s who will be distributing product at your table. These copies will be destroyed after the event.

You can just send her a photo of it from your phone as well. Kim told me that they will have to have it before volunteers can be allowed through the tent to get into the event

I cant say for sure. She instructed for us to, maybe do a password protected PDF

They do have a secure email portal and they only need a copy of your Volunteer Permit

You will need to purchase a general admin ticket if you aren't pouring and wish to stay for the entirety of the event. This was confirmed by Monica Spencer of SWIRCA

Are we meeting at Turonis at 245 or is that when we are setting up at Bosse? The Google form still says TBD.

I did get a response from Kim so she has a copy of my licenses as well.

We'll be meeting at Turoni's at 2:45. I updated the signup sheet.
