Woo! Efficiency way up!

Finally! Got up to 83% efficiency! Was getting 64% so this is a huge jump for me so some of my math may be off. Got to thank Dwayne for loaning me his Barley Crusher. Apparently milling you own grain makes quite a difference. I also used the Five Star 5.2 ph stabilizer in the mash and mashed for 90 min. Still having issues with my mash temp, but I'll work those out eventually I guess. BTW, I am batch sparging.

Isn't 83% like really freakin good? I thought 70-75% was average. Way to go!

It is a little suspect, so it may be a math error. The problem is the new Keggle isn't marked off with gallon marks so I don't know exactly how much wort I got in there. But it had to be close to 7 gal so that what I used for my figures.
