The club has been invited to serve our beers at the annual Historic New Harmony "Spirits in Harmony" event on November 24, from 6 to 10 p.m. Here is a link to info about the event: http://www.usi.edu/hnh/spiritsinharmonie.asp

We will be located in the Granary and food will be provided.

I need a list of who is going and what you can bring.

Thanks, sounds like a fun party!

I'll try to make it. I can bring some cider, mead and beer. Will we be able to bring kegs?

I have at least 2 partial kegs left over from SWIRCA and BrewHaHa. Peter's Doppelbock is one. I think John's Belgian is the other.

Do you want to use the tap box? We will need to take our own ice supply.

I will be taking beer from Turoni's. I'm am supposed to set up in the double log cabin. Do we know where the homebrewers will set up. I have been talking to Jan Kahle of Historic New Harmony.

I've been trying to get Jan to put us together, but looks like they are trying to spread things out. I'm might go up there on Wednesday to get a lay of the land. At this point, the club will be in the Granary. I'll post a map.

I was interviewed for a story in our employee newsletter to help promote the event. I tried to get stuff about the club in there. Take a look: http://www.usi.edu/newsinfo/unotes/story5.asp

Great interview with nice pic. We appreciate you putting in a plug for the club.

Sounds like Harmonie will be a good time; music, munchies and brew. Any ideas on when we need to show up? I wonder who is providing the hard cider?

What time to you guys want to setup? Is 5 early enough? Also, the folks are wanting us to serve some non-alcololic drinks. Dwayne, are you planning on bringing root beer? It sounds like they are really needing just a couple of bottles to serve at the Double Log Cabin (where Jack will be).

The web link that you posted has the time from 5-9:30, so maybe we should start setting up at around 4. I will make a keg of rootbeer to bring and bottle a couple of 6packs of it for the Log Cabin.
