Aged Eggnog

Post by wuertzBräu » Fri Sep 21, 2018 10:17 am

Not beer... but last night I made my annual batch of eggnog to age (in the fridge!) for the holidays. This year, I bottled it rather than using a few Mason jars.

I used Alton Brown's recipe; with one modification, I substituted an additional bourbon for the Cognac.

One batch fills 8 12-oz bottles. It's ridiculously good, and I used to hate egg nog when I was younger.
