Looking to move away from kegels and was wondering if anyone was using anything from Spike Brewing? I have been looking for a new mash tun and their stuff looks pretty good. I have a direct fire HERMS system so an insulated tun is not really an option.
What is anybody using for an all grain mash tun??
And on a side note I will have a kegel mash tun for sale sooon. All welded fittings with spots for valve, temp prob (two locations) and recirculate/sparge. Includes NorCal Brewing false bottom as well.

Re: Spike Brewing Kettle
I have one that I use for induction BIAB. I couldn’t be happier with it! It has gallon markers etched inside, is extremely induction capable, has the stepped bottom w/ pick-up tube on ridge to draw clean beer and leave the trub behind, and heavy duty.

I’ve been using a 15 gallon Spike kettle for about a year. I absolutely love it. Very heavy duty, and the sanitary welds are fantastic.

Nothing like taking a new kettle and making some mods...
