Me and 3 other members currently have 15 gal of Wheatwine aging in a 15 gal FEW Rye Whiskey barrel (first beer use). We are planning to keg this beer on July 1st, which will be 3 months in the barrel. I am looking for 2-3 Brewers to help me refill this bad boy with a Weizenbock, which I have a tried and true recipe for.
The catch is that it really ought to be brewed no later than this weekend, in order to refill the barrel the day it is emptied.
As an incentive, anyone who would decide to partake can join us the day we empty the Wheatwine, and in addition, this day will be another nice bottle share.
