For those who aren't familiar with the significance of this event, I have copied the description from the AHA website below:
"In 1988, May 7 was announced before Congress as National Homebrew Day. The American Homebrewers Association (AHA) created AHA Big Brew as an annual event to celebrate National Homebrew Day around the world. AHA Big Brew is held each year on the first Saturday in May."
"Thousands of homebrewers from all around the world have more in common than their love for homebrewing. If asked, many of them will tell you that everything you need to learn about brewing great beer at home can be found in one place; How to Brew by John Palmer. For Big Brew this year, the AHA is celebrating the upcoming publication of the 4th edition of How to Brew by providing three sample recipes from the book."
The event will begin at 9 am on Sat. May 6th, so we welcome everyone who can make it to bring their gear, and brew whatever recipe sounds good that day. Or if your lucky enough to claim one of the recipes provided, even better. I will be bringing the items that make sense to share, such as grain mill, RV hoses, water filter, extension cord, etc. DISCLAIMER: My mill is set at .030 for BIAB, so if anyone is sparging we may need someone else to bring their mill with a wider gap.
Lunch will be served by the one and only DUUUTCH! His cooking is reason enough to come out, seriously. Also, don't forget to bring some homebrew for spectators to sample, and just for us to drink

I look forward to seeing everyone there! If you have any questions, feel free to message, text, or call me. My cell is (812) 217-2552. Cheers!!!
