A VERY SPECIAL thank you from SWIRCA staff and Board, attendees and all of the children and adults that will benefit from the monies raised by the 4th Annual Southern Indiana Winery and BrewFest!
We are thrilled about the event success and the huge part that you play in the event. So many positive comments from other Brewer's, etc. about your assistance and professionalism throughout the day and evening. You are an invaluable part of the team, and a great support to me. Thank you so much. Kenny, you are THE MAN!
I do want to see that each of you personally receives event glasses. That may best take place at the September meeting, just let me know.
According to Jack, he thought the band was too loud. So if you would like to have your location changed to across the room next year, just let me know.

Thank you Judi! We had a GREAT time this year.
I do want to say that the music was the only issue for my group as well. While the volume was certainly an issue, the rock band/cover song thing just didn't seem to fit. Your event is striving for an upscale social type atmosphere - why not choose a band to fit that? Maybe a jazz group would flow better next year? Just a suggestion!

For everyone I haven't met, I used to live in Evansville and was a member of OVHA. After moving home to Jasper, and missing having good friends to brew with, I decided to try to start my own club. I am happy to say that I have been the president of the Dubois County Suds Club since 2006 (although I still miss my OVHA buddies)!

Thank you for the comments. The reason that we had that band was personal requests from last years attendees. It was overwhelming for the Top 40 classic.
You know, I guess different opinions are what make the world go around. Personally, I do not have a personal preference. would love to make enough profit to have them both. Then we can address all "tastes".
