2016 Nashville Brewery excursion

The 2016 brewery excursion will be a day trip to Nashville on September 10th. The club is going to get charter bus, so we have 55 spots to fill. The cost will be $30.00 per club member and $35.00 per Non-member We will be passing around a sign up sheet at the June meeting and collecting a minimum of a $10.00 non-refundable cash deposit. Once the sheet has made the rounds at the June meeting, the list will be open for non members. There will be NO GLASS allowed on the bus.

We have decided to meet in the Evansville Civic center parking lot. The bus will begin loading at 8:30 AM and will depart at 9:00AM. The cutoff for signups and deposits will be Thursday August 25th. You will need to have your positions paid in full by Friday September 2nd. We will not accept payment the day of the trip.

The schedule so far is:

9:00 AM--Leave from Nashville from the Civic Center parking lot
appx. 12pm to 5pm---Explore Breweries at your own pace
5pm to 7pm--meet at the Flying Saucer for dinner and drinks
7pm--Depart Nashville to return to the Civic Center lot.

Just a thought. With this many people, will 2 hours at Flying Saucer be sufficient? Should we consider meeting at 4 rather than 5?
