I emailed the Brewbeque people to see if there was a backup plan for this weekend since there is a good chance of rain. Melanie advised that the event will take place regardless of the weather.

I'm bringing a raincoat... As we say in the Evansville Adventure Club, there is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing choices.

Thanks everyone that helped out with this! It was a great event from my perspective. I didn't stay the entire time but for 3 hours it was a blast. Since they now use the normal beer event sampling structure (vs buying full glasses of beer like they used to do) I would suggest the club serve next year and I'll even step up as coordinator. They sold out at I think 1,200 tickets and plan to expand to at least 2,000 next year. Closing down all of Parrot St. as I understand.

Yup, I talked to one of the organizers for next year named Josh and he said the plan is 2000 for 2017 and 3000 for 2018. They will likely be looking for us to have a booth. Has not been discussed yet but he seemed very interested.
