Festival Beers, what you bringing?

Post by Dwayne_Delaney » Sun Jul 15, 2007 3:56 pm

In a effort to avoid too much duplication and/or too little diversity in styles, I am curious what people will be bringing to SWIRCA and the Brew-ha-ha.
There is still enough time for me to brew some beers to fill in the blanks.

I have a keg of each:
Coffee Stout
Big Brew Belgian Strong Ale

In the fermenter:
American Rye-Wheat

Planned:
Blonde

Since we can use things we have on hand, I have:
Dry stout
Hefeweizen
Dark Belgian strong ale
American amber ale
Cherry ale
Holiday ale

All is in bottles

I've got:

big brew Dopplebock
big brew Griffin Spit IPA (grapefruit juice)
American Amber (the double hopped one)
Belgian Witbier is in the fermenter, plus another batch at the BBQ fest should be ready.

It's all in kegs but I can fill up some flip tops or growlers if we're short on tap space.

Please post any beers you will be bringing. Judy wants an official list from us this year to publish in the booklet. Deadline is noon Friday 7/20/07.

I plan on making a German pilsner (lightweight sissy stuff)

I have a half keg of American IPA (the state fair one), and a half keg of mild brown ale (last year's state fair recipe)
