Christ the King Winterfest
We will have our first appearance at the Christ the King Winterfest on January 9th, 2016. This is a new event and would like to have a good showing as we do with our other events. They are expecting around 400 exhibitors. The hours will be from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, so we will need some servers and some beer donations. Depending on how many volunteers we get, we can decide the shifts of the servers ( Server permit required). I would like to spread it out since it is such a long event. As always, we will need volunteers to setup and tear down. We will also need people to volunteer to clean and inspect the equipment following the event. Please post if you are willing to volunteer and if you are planning to donate beer. They do not print out a guide, so the need for the style is not immediately needed. Thanks in advance!!

Thanks, Sky! I realized this morning that I left the signup sheet at the meeting.

I'll bring another keg but I get to also bring a keg of the sour stout. I wanted to make sure I claim that privilege.

Re: Christ the King Winterfest
Looks like as of know we have about 10 or 11 servers:
Nate and Jenny Ferrell
Kenny and Jamie Purcell
Brandon and Rachael Lancaster (late shift)
Sky and Abby Buttrum
Jordan Fehr
Steve Ficas
and I believe Coach Fred also.....I know he is donating beer.
Beer:
Lancaster-1 Keg
Ferrell- 1 Keg....maybe 2
Purcell- 1 Keg
Fehr - 1 Keg
Buttrum 1 Keg of Pilsner and 1 Keg of Rootbeer
Heisler 3 Kegs
Purcell 1 Keg plus 1 Keg of club swill
Coach 1 Keg
Other than that, Dan Mills for setup/teardown.
The event starts at 6:30. We can start setting up pretty much anytime. I would imagine that if we meet at Turonis at around 3pm, that would give us ample time to get everything going......thoughts? Other than that, we will most likely be serving at our booth. I have not heard anything about needing our services elsewhere besides possibly someone selling "reverse raffle tickets". Since it is a pretty long event, having this many servers shouldn't be an issue. Let me know if you have any questions or thoughts. Let me know if I missed anyone.

Re: Christ the King Winterfest
Turonis is doing Christ the King so we shouldnt have an issue loading and unloading our equipment.
We will need someone to bring a keg of star san to flush our beer lines when the festival is over

I'll bring a keg of Starsan as well as serve. I won't have any beer ready by then unfortunately.

We can now actually work any shift that is needed. Doesn't have to be late shift
