Judy has scheduled a planning meeting at SWIRCA. If this date doesn't work, we can reschedule.

I don't know if it is too late to move it to Thursday or not, but I would like to if possible. I cannot make it on Wed. I need to try to get ahold of Judy to see if she can accomodate the change.

Beerman, thanks for the offer!! Festival starts at 6 pm, Aug. 18, at SWIRCA. We will be setting things up and helping the brewery and winery folks get their booths together all afternoon. See you there. :beer4

Servers' permits are good for 2 years. Everybody should check their expiration dates if they have had a permit for a while. If expired before the 18th, just apply for a new permit. Existing permits can't just be renewed. Here's a link to the permit form:
