If your name is on one of the lists below, then you are on the list to get into the SWIRCA event. If your name is not on the list and you are donating beer, please let me know ASAP!
Check-In begins at 2:30. We have been asked to enter through the 3rd base entrance. I do not know where the OVHA tent will be set up.
You can bring your beer by Turoni's at 2:30 or come directly to Bosse Field. VIP Hour starts at 5:00pm, so, if you are coming directly to Bosse, please plan to arrive with your beer between 3:00 and 4:30.
For those on the Non-Serving volunteer list, I was sort of told by SWIRCA that these people would be helping in these particular areas. I have not fully committed to this, so if you are not able to work this assigned shift, please let me know. I do know that those listed for Event Maintenance are expected to walk around, so you won't be manning a particular station.
For those on the Server list, please let me know if you need to switch shifts.
