SWIRCA - 8/29/15 - Call for Servers

General admission is 6:00-9:00. VIP hour starts at 5:00.

We will need people to serve at the OVHA tent. I am working with SWIRCA personnel to determine how many volunteers they will need to serve at the various locations and what those shift times will be.

If you have a server's permit and are willing to serve, please respond to this chain or contact me directly at jill.mecklenborg@gmail.com. If you are limited in the time you can serve, please indicate that. If more people sign up to serve than SWIRCA needs, first choice will be to those donating beer.

Current server list is below. These names will be passed onto SWIRCA for entry without a ticket. (If you are donating a beer and not serving, your name will also be on the SWIRCA list.)

If you have indicated a particular shift, then I have noted that. If you need to serve a particular shift and it is not noted, please let me know. Once I hear back from SWIRCA about number of servers needed for each shift, I will be posting a schedule.

Please remove Jenny and Myself from the serving and donation list. I think we are just going as guests. Since the move we have not been able to brew, so are volume is limited. Hoping to have something for the next event. Hopefully this may also free up some room for someone that would like the opportunity to serve at an event.
