I finally took the time to inventory my brewing materials and I will be brewing a Belgian Tripel at the big brew Saturday

Big Brew Old School Barleywine is in mash tun.

Now fermenting OG 1.100

I have a location for this next year near St. Mary's hospital, large parking lot and plenty of water, at my church. If a location is needed.
