New kettle and whirlpool
So I bought this awesome kettle (http://www.ssbrewtech.com/collections/k ... -15-gallon) it has a built in trub dam. I bought a whirlpool paddle that hooks to a drill. Makes a really nice trub cone. I brewed today, threw in a total of 6 oz of hops. Thought I would share some pictures of the whirlpool. Of course all the pictures are out of order lol!

Trub pile looks good. Just like it should.
Did you use any kettle finings? On small scale I prefer whirlfloc tablets.

You gonna buy one, or be one?

Yes I used whirlfloc. Not sure if you looked at the link for the kettle. It has a pic of the trub dam. Michael Julian said that the trub dam is very similar to what you have in your big system at Carson's.
